The brief: Antonacci Hair & Beauty is an award-winning colour specialist salon in Ancoats, Manchester. Their reputation is exceptional, recognised as the UK's Best Hair Salon, Best Client Experience, and Best Independent Hair Salon. But their digital presence didn't reflect any of that. The website felt dated and undersold what the salon actually delivers. For a business that retains almost every client who visits, the bottleneck wasn't service quality - it was discovery.
Foxy was brought in to produce video content that would bridge that gap: website videos and video ads designed to give prospective clients a feel for the salon before they ever stepped inside.
The insight: When your work is as visual as hair colour and aesthetics, the biggest mistake you can make online is telling people you're good instead of showing them. Antonacci's existing digital presence relied on static images and copy that, while professional, didn't capture the atmosphere, the precision, or the results that make clients stay for years.
