Doubling TKPG's audience in 4 months
Property investment is a trust game. When your audience is high-net-worth individuals deciding where to place six- and seven-figure sums, looking premium isn't optional. TK Property Group had the credentials but not the digital presence to match.

The brief: TKPG needed to build credibility, grow awareness, and reach UK and international investors through social. The constraint: the budget didn't match the ambition. We had to make every post punch above its weight.
The insight: Most property agencies default to listing-style content — photos of buildings, price tags, generic market updates. We saw that TKPG's real advantage was their people and their access. Investors don't buy properties from Instagram grids — they buy from brands they trust. So we shifted the strategy from showcasing listings to building authority.
The execution: We developed a tailored social strategy across Instagram and LinkedIn that positioned TKPG as thought leaders, not just salespeople. Every visual was designed to feel premium — on-brand graphics, investment guides, branded event assets, and brochures that gave TKPG a cohesive identity across every touchpoint. The content mix balanced property updates with market commentary, team profiles, and investor-focused educational content. All delivered with the consistency and quality of a brand spending five times the budget.
The results:
→ 60% higher engagement rate than the property sector industry average
→ 50% audience growth in under six months
→ 11.13% audience growth rate vs the industry average of -0.46%
