The brief: Adventum, a Manchester-based property investment company, needed a content partner who could produce at volume and think strategically about how each piece served the bigger picture. The scope covered everything: educational video content, social assets, website videos, investor and partner introductions, and event filming, including their 10-year anniversary celebration.
The insight: Most property investment firms produce content that talks at investors. Market reports, generic city guides, drone shots of buildings. We saw that Adventum's real differentiator was their relationships - direct access to Manchester's biggest developers (FEC, Select Property Group, Salboy) and a founder with deep market credibility. The content strategy needed to mirror the actual investor journey: start wide, build confidence, then go deep.
What we did: We built a full content funnel in video, designed to take a prospective investor from initial interest to informed decision.
Top of funnel: Educational content covering why the UK property market over alternatives - stability, forex advantages, regulatory transparency. Then narrowing to why Manchester specifically, positioning the city's growth story against London's saturated market.
Mid-funnel: Interview-style deep-dives with each developer partner - FEC, Select Property Group, Salboy - showcasing their track record, build quality, and developments. Every shoot combined talking-head interviews with on-location footage of the buildings themselves.
Bottom of funnel: Founder credibility content profiling Raj's experience and market expertise, plus introductory videos designed specifically for investor and partner onboarding.
