The brief: Ninja Kitchen UK needed a UK launch strategy for BlendBoss, their most aesthetic, compact blender with a detachable cup that doubles as a tumbler. Built for people on the go, it's small but powerful. The challenge: localise a global campaign for a UK audience, define the right creator strategy, and deliver paid and organic creative that cut through a saturated small appliance market.
The insight: BlendBoss wasn't competing with other blenders. It was competing for attention in a lifestyle conversation - morning routines, gym prep, school runs, desk lunches. The product's real advantage wasn't power or portability alone. It was that it looked good enough to carry. The creator strategy was mapped around the moments BlendBoss naturally fits into, targeting creators across lifestyle segments who would show the product in context, not just in a kitchen.
What we did: The full UK launch strategy was shaped end-to-end: localising global messaging for the UK market, defining influencer targeting across creator archetypes, and conceptualising the paid and organic creative approach.
The campaign rolled out across Instagram and TikTok, with creators demonstrating BlendBoss in their real routines rather than staged product demos. Two hero videos landed in the first 48 hours, generating 45K+ engagements and proving the strategy was right from day one.
The result:
→ 4.7M+ reach across Instagram and TikTok
→ 45K+ engagements from two hero videos in the first 48 hours
→ Creator strategy across lifestyle segments - productivity, fashion, wellness, and parenting creators, each showing the product in their real context
→ UK localisation of global campaign - messaging, creative, and influencer targeting adapted specifically for the UK market
