The brief: Bouncibles, an Australian plush toy brand, needed to build a social presence from scratch that could keep pace with their international growth ambitions. Foxy was brought on to handle strategy, social management, part content creation, and community engagement across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts - targeting kids, collectors, and gift buyers.
The insight: Toy brands on TikTok face a specific challenge: attention is cheap but loyalty is expensive. A satisfying product video might get views, but without repeatable formats and genuine community interaction, the audience doesn't stick. We needed to build content structures that kept people coming back - series, challenges, and community-driven content that made Bouncibles feel like a world to belong to, not just a product to scroll past.
What we did: We developed the social strategy and managed the accounts across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts. The content approach was built around repeatable series designed for each platform - formats that could scale and sustain engagement week after week.
