The brief: NewGen — the social-first agency behind campaigns for Pepsi, Samsung, and the Sidemen — was turning 10. They commissioned Foxy to deliver the full scope: a multi-channel content campaign, bespoke gifting for key brands and creators, and live event production connecting their UK and US teams.
The Insight: Anniversary content has a 48-hour shelf life — unless you reframe it. NewGen's back catalogue wasn't just history; it was a live portfolio of proof. The opportunity was to resurface a decade of credibility in a way that made prospective clients want in.
For the gifting, we knew standard agency swag gets opened and forgotten. If gifting was going to work as a business development tool, every package had to feel researched, personal, and impossible to ignore.
What we did: We developed a social-first content series across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn — reimagining legacy campaigns, spotlighting OG team members, and injecting culturally relevant memes that felt unmistakably NewGen. We designed bespoke care packages for key brand partners and creators, tailored to individual interests. And we produced the anniversary celebration with a dual-camera setup and live stream for their US team, bringing a 95-person global team together in one moment.
The results:
