The brief: Feisty Activewear was a brand-new fitness brand entering the market with no existing social presence, no audience, and a limited launch budget. Foxy was brought on to build everything from the ground up - launch strategy, content production, social management, and a giveaway campaign to drive initial traction. The relationship became a long lasting one.

The insight: Most new brands launch by posting product shots and hoping the algorithm does the work. In activewear, where the feed is already flooded with flat-lays and gym selfies, that approach is invisible. We knew the launch needed a mechanism, something that gave people a reason to follow, engage, and share before they'd ever bought a product. A giveaway tied to the brand's positioning (looking great and performing better) gave us that hook, while a high-volume content shoot ensured we had months of assets to sustain momentum well beyond launch week.

What we did: We developed the full launch strategy anchored around a giveaway of the ultimate gym bundle, designed to attract the right audience, not just freebie hunters. The campaign was built to drive follows, shares, and saves from day one.

On production, we ran a single-day shoot on a lean budget and walked away with 30 videos and 67 static images, enough content to fuel the launch phase and months of always-on posting. Every asset was designed for Instagram, mixing product-focused content with lifestyle and workout visuals that positioned Feisty as a brand worth watching, not just wearing.

We managed the full social presence from launch - content scheduling, community management, and performance tracking - building the brand's Instagram from the ground up into an engaged, growing audience.
